OUR KEY WORK STAGES​

1.  Undertake Survey - One of our experienced team will visit your property or site and undertake an in-depth survey ensuring an accurate estimation.

2.  Quotation - We will compile a transparent and competitive quote based on the survey data and vast knowledge we hold.

 

3.  Contracts Signed and RAMs Produced - Once all is agreed we can then sign contracts and start building the site specific risk assessments.

 

4.  Commence and complete Strip out Works - Working with your site team or as a principal contractor, we will then proceed to deliver a fast, safe and professional strip out, on time and in budget.

5.  Snagging and Handover - All works will be inspected and snagged prior to handover.

We aim to recycle as much of the waste we generate and strive for zero to landfill from all of our projects. Site specific waste management plans are prepared, which provide detailed documentation for the disposal of construction waste from major projects. We dispose of all environmentally sustainable waste adhering to good environmental practices at all times.
